Helen's professional practice, The Easy Yogi, offers consultations in Ayurveda, an ancient system of preventative health, meditation instruction, and practical spirituality. While working in the financial industry, Helen maintains a dedicated meditation practice, blogs about spirituality, and helps people find ways to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.
A lifelong student of soul science — the intersection of spirituality with every branch of knowledge — Cynthia Gomez blends spirituality, philosophy, and the sciences to help facilitate quantum healing and conscious living. She is trained in Reiki and other intersectional energy work modalities, and is a certified master life coach. She is also a writer and entrepreneur. She owns The Gaia Revolution, as well as Light Rising Publishing and StoryTime Me, which offer unique publishing solutions to produce content that facilitates empowered personal storytelling, meaning-making, and wisdom sharing to ultimately expand consciousness and connectedness, and inspire kinder living.
Laura Aleksandra Pravs
Laura Aleksandra Pravs is the founder of Ayamveda, a center for Vedic Education. In addition to her background in psychology and the healing arts of massage therapy and herbalism, she has been practicing and applying the Vedic sciences of Ayurvedic traditional medicine and Jyotish astrology for well over a decade, and thoroughly enjoys sharing this ancient wisdom with others, both to help them find health and balance within themselves, and also with the world and universe at large.
Maria Schaedler-Luera is the owner of Atomica Arts. She is a Reiki Master, Applied Theater facilitator, Chopra Certified Meditation teacher and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She grew up in Brazil and moved to the United States 16 years ago to pursue her love of theater. Little did she know that in studying theater, she would embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-knowledge, after all “theater is a mirror.” Maria teaches workshops and offers private consultations and classes in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She is a player of roles and thrives in guiding people to see how they are also the players and protagonists of their own lives.
Jill Douglas helps soulful, modern women integrate practical spirituality into their everyday lives with the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda. She helps people get to know themselves better, trust their instincts, and turn challenges into opportunities. Her work is an exploration of how the ancient teachings can be made practical and relevant to navigating the everyday. She calls this approach everyday evolution. Jill holds a BFA in writing and literature, along with her massage therapy license and the highest-level yoga teaching credential. She has also studied Reiki, prenatal yoga and massage, craniosacral therapy, and is nearing the completion of her Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification.
Brandon Hylton is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor and has been practicing massage therapy in the Tampa Bay area for the last five years. He uses his intuitive knowledge of the human body to develop personalized sessions, helping to clear trauma and disease from clients' bodies. He will be offering deep tissue, prenatal, and Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, crystal healing, detoxification, and private yoga sessions, as well as commUNITY yoga, during the retreat. Brandon offers all bodywork on a Richway Biomat, which sends far infrared sauna waves and amethyst crystal healing energy through the body during sessions, aiding in detoxing and deep meditation.
Cori Puls has been an esthetician in Florida since 2002, a Florida licensed massage therapist since 1998, and an Ayurvedic counselor since 2014, having graduated from The Florida Academy of Ayurveda. Through her many years in the wellness industry, Cori has developed a comprehensive approach to skincare and bodywork. She has curated many treatments that have incorporated Ayurvedic principles, as well as Eastern medicine influences. With compassion, education, and nurturing treatments, she leads her clients on a path to deeper beauty and wellness. "I've found that by listening to my clients' concerns and guiding them with a personalized program, they become empowered to achieve results. Intuition comes through the heart and gets transferred through our words and actions to those we treat," she says.
Yolanda Beckers is the director of the Innerlight and Health and Wellness Sanctuary in Naples, FL, She has been on the spiritual path for more than 30 years. Yolanda has studied Ananda Yoga and Spring Forest Qi Gong. She is a teacher of the Spiritual University of the Brahma Kumaris. Yolanda also learned healing sound techniques from Tibetan monks. She has taught courses in holistic conflict resolution at Nova University in the past. Yolanda has also been giving seminars in body, mind, and spirit in different parts of the world for some time. Her true love is sharing her wisdom and light with others.
